1. Refund Eligibility

AdsMat offers a 7-day refund window starting from the date of payment, subject to the conditions listed below.

Refunds are applicable only for first-time paid subscriptions and are granted at AdsMat’s sole discretion.


2. Free Trial Policy

AdsMat provides a free trial to allow users to evaluate the software before making a purchase.

  • No refunds will be provided after full or substantial use of the free trial.
  • Users are expected to evaluate the software during the trial period.

3. Usage-Based Refund Restrictions

Refund requests may be rejected if significant usage is detected, including but not limited to:

  • Active Amazon API synchronization
  • Campaign creation, bid changes, or bulk operations
  • Extensive data downloads or report generation
  • Automation or optimization features being used

AdsMat reserves the right to determine what constitutes excessive or substantial usage.


4. Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The user is unable to use the software due to a verified technical issue
  • The issue persists despite reasonable troubleshooting and support assistance
  • A clear and genuine reason for dissatisfaction is provided

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Lack of technical knowledge or understanding of Amazon PPC
  • Amazon seller or advertising account suspension or restrictions
  • Violation of AdsMat Terms & Conditions
  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
  • Delayed refund requests after 7 days from payment date

6. Manual Payments & Renewals

AdsMat uses a manual payment system. Subscription renewals are initiated manually by the user.

  • No refunds are provided for renewal or extension payments.
  • Partial refunds for unused periods are not available.

7. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during purchase, via Razorpay.

AdsMat does not issue refunds through alternative methods such as cash, bank transfer, or wallet credits.


8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Actual credit time may vary depending on the user’s bank or card issuer.


9. Taxes & Fees

Any applicable taxes, gateway fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.


10. Policy Abuse

AdsMat reserves the right to deny refunds to users who attempt to abuse this Refund Policy or engage in repeated refund requests.


11. Changes to This Refund Policy

AdsMat may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
