1. Cancellation Method

Users may request cancellation of their AdsMat account by contacting our support team via email.

Cancellation requests must be sent from the registered email address to ensure account security.


2. No Auto-Renewal Policy

AdsMat does not use automatic or recurring billing.

  • Services are activated only after manual payment.
  • Accounts automatically expire at the end of the purchased plan period.
  • No action is required if you do not wish to continue the service.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation does not result in immediate termination of access.

  • Users may continue to access AdsMat until the current plan period expires.
  • No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time.

4. Free Trial Usage

AdsMat provides a free trial for evaluation purposes.

  • There is no separate trial cancellation option.
  • Trial access automatically ends when the trial period expires.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation or account expiry:

  • Account and advertising data may be retained for up to 60 days.
  • This retention allows for account reactivation and support resolution.
  • After 60 days, operational data may be permanently deleted.

For security and abuse prevention, AdsMat may retain limited information such as:

  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Profile or account ID

This retained information is used solely to prevent repeated free trial abuse and for compliance purposes.


6. Reactivation

Users may reactivate their AdsMat account at any time by making a new payment.

  • Reactivation is subject to current pricing and plan availability.
  • Previous data may not be recoverable after the retention period.

7. Cancellation by AdsMat

AdsMat reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts without notice if:

  • Terms & Conditions or policies are violated
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks occur
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities
